| Approach | Approach: You will learn dance like a language, you start by learning some vocabulary, some sentences, you put them together to give meaning and express yourself. Then you can communicate with more confidence, fluidity and understanding different styles of this dance language. Classes (female only) are structured to suit all levels of experience. The structure of each class follows: warm up, conditioning exercises, technique explanations, practice creating combos for choreography and streches.
