1. Won athletics competitions (long-jump, high-jump, short distance running) in 2005. 2. 2007-2017 was a leader of a professional sport dance team. Performed barre, folk dance, acrobatics, stretching, circuit trainings. Participated in local and international dancing competitions. 3. 2012- 2014 was a part of an amateur pop dancing group. 4. Took 3-months Cuban salsa course to broaden dancing horizons (2014); tried West Coast Swing. 5. In 2018 went on 3-months heavy weigh personal trainings.

6. Obtained a certificate of a nutritional consultant (2019). 7. Graduated from #SektaEvo, #SektaVIP personal body weight on-line training programs (6 months). 8. Passed a 20-hour on-line course "How to be healthy" (#Health_centre_of_Gureeva). 9. Cooperated with a personal dietitian and psychologist (3 months) in order to dig in deeper in the topic of mind and body harmonisation. 10. Underwent #SektaShortSport on-line (3 weeks), #SektaEvo (5 weeks) and streaming them on-line on Instagram.
