Patience is the key and understanding the students strengths and weakness is the way. My experience in teaching has taught me that these 2 are the vital things for bringing out the potentials of anyone. It's not about force, nor about the rewards. It's about showing the right path because at the end of the day, that's how any individual can succeed no matter what the odds are. I try my best to help students recognize themselves and their needs so that they earn the strength to reach their goals.

Approach:

Everything has to be planned but also must change as per requirements. That's my style. I try to provide my lessons based on the student's fields of interest so that it is almost never another boring hour of studies.
