KUNG-FU - BLACK BELT, YOGA - YIC from S-VYASA Yoga University

Experience:

Have experience as a yoga and Kung-Fu instructor with strong sense for conducting yoga sessions for all skill levels from beginner to advanced, identify, and resolve candidates’ requirements according to their physique.

Approach:

As a Yoga Instructor with more than 6-years’ experience, I can be responsible for helping others with physical and mental achievements according to their goals. I can assure that participant’s satisfaction by motivating and educating them. I can also conduct self-defense sessions and weapon training if they demand, I believe these sessions would help the candidates not only in their physical strength but also their mental health.
