I teach in a kind, patient, and fun manner. 6 years ago I tutored students in China. I specialize in improving science literacy with second language learners. I have 6 years of experience working with second language learners. I will obtain a Master in Science Education--Improving science literacy with second language learners--by July 2021. I have a graduate certificate in STEM (15 credit hours). 

Approach:

I build a solid routine within my classroom. I use data and research backed methods to improve science literacy. I use a lot informational texts and short stories to build vocabulary and comprehension.
