Experience:

My training is in Early Childhood Studies, specifically in Montessori learning environments where following the individual child is key; learning is encouraged through following the child's interests and by making learning interesting, fun and engaging. I have 3 years classroom experience and 2 years experience as an online academic tutor for adult learners, so have knowledge of working with children as well as the nuisances required for online learning.
