I have been teaching yoga for 4 years, I am experienced in conducting classes in groups and for individuals and have 400+ hours of teaching experience. I teach Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Beginner Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Chakra Meditation, Guided Meditation, Yoganidra. I have good communication skills and i'm able to easily tailor my instructions to the student's skill level and body type. I'm also a very patient teacher and make my students feel respected and comfortable during classes.
