Mariela is An Award Winning Violinist and Public Speaker.She is a violin professor at Monmouth College and Knox College.Her method is to develop a personal voice and expression to her students and motivate them to give their best potential.Mariela gave a recital at the Kennedy Center in 2015. Mariela was named as Champion of Change by President Obama and was honored at the White House.Recently she performed for Cate Blanchett and Queen Rania. Mariela was appointed UNHCR High Profile Supporter.
