Hi, I possess Master's in Business administration of Supply chain and Procurement with an Engineering Bachelor's and a decade of experience in mega projects of Oil, Gas and Power sector EPCs with interesting international experience. Have handled real time projects with cumulative worth of 1.2 Billion USD. Note: Have written a Book on ROLE OF PROCUREMENT IN EPC.

Academic Support: Support university graduates in live project research and paper works in area of Procurement, supply chain and contracts management. Industry Support for Project Companies:  Review & Draft New Contracts, PO terms and Analyzing Hidden Risks with client and suppliers. Advice and Audit the existing contract/ purchase orders to asses prevent the damages. Training the Project Team to make them aware of Contractual rights in all disciplines viz engineering, quality, procurement, project control, operations and maintenance. Prepare formal Notification of Scope changes with reference to the contract clauses, Impact analysis and Cause & Effect Analysis during contract Execution. Maintain of Change Order Logs / Control, Drafting Contractual letters and Claims management. Implementation of SCL Protocol (Society of Construction law) Reference of International Contracts and FIDIC standards.
