Experience:

I have 4 years experience teaching the British curriculum both at GCSE level as well as A Level, both Business Studies.I also have 1 years experience of the IB curriculum, teaching Business Management.I previously did Business Studies tutoring for a GCSE student. Focusing on solidifying the content knowledge and becoming confident in using key business terminology.Focus on exam preparation is key with the student becoming confident in how to approach exam style questions.

Approach:

First thing I do is find out where the student is in their learning and content knowledge. Identify the student's strengths and weaknesses and build a plan to best improve the student from that. Content is broken down into a simple format, images and videos are used to appeal to the visual learners with detailed explanations provided my myself. Walking the students step by step into how to approach exams is a key focus with practice on past exam style questions at the core of the tutoring.
