I tutored while I was a student and have taught computer science undergraduate and graduate university student as an assistant professor.

Approach:

I find out what the requirements are and get clarity on that. Then I find creative ways to prepare scenarios which would suit the audience. Finally, I deliver the lesson, constantly being aware how it is being received. I am always ready to modify the approach to achieve the goal.
