Bsc Higher Education Diploma. South Africa Level 4 and Australia Level 3 Cricket Coaching

Experience:

I was a High School Maths teacher for 16 years 5 as Head of Department. I have been involved in coaching cricket at all levels and for the pat 30 years training and developing coaches. I believe in a learner centered approach to teaching where the learner learns through problem solving techniques and the teacher is facilitator.

Approach:

My lessons are unique because the learners learn through problem solving and self discovery and feedback. This make the lessons enjoyable and gives the learner self confidence. This applies to Maths and to cricket coaching
