As a tutor, my 1st task is assessing student's learning needs. Every child is different when it comes to understanding a concept.I take pride in helping the students as teaching is not just my job, its my passion as well. I think patience is all we need as a learner and tutor. Everything settles down eventually with patience and encouraging learning environments. I try to motivate the child and help them with my vast experience with different curriculums to achieve their goals.

Approach:

I always believe in practical approach which a child can connect with. Immersive experience can motivate the child to give their best. Regular assignments and assessments are very important to provide the appropriate feedback. I highly focus of continuous improvement by conducting regular assessments which boosts the child's confidence.
