Experience:

I usually get focused on students knowledge and needs, so based on that I apply distinct methods and strategies. The students must always be in the centre and everything should be organized in that way where the students feels free to ask, leading towards developing his/her imagination and be creative.

Approach:

The first part of the lesson 10-15 minutes is revision from the previous lesson and an introduction of the new planned subject. The second part is the developing phase where I try to involve all students in the process. In this case I use various methods and technics such a brainstorming, maping, different puzzles and games.
