Experience:

I am a post graduate in Business management and a Graduate in Civil Engineering. I have a post Graduate diploma in Early Childhood Education as well. I work as an Early Childhood teacher for living and I help my Grade 4 and grade 8 children with their home learning. I have passion for mathematics and I worked as a math tutor previously. My teaching experience help me to understand students, their feelings and how to deal with them patiently.

Approach:

I plan my lessons based on an initial assessment of a student's previous knowledge. Each student definitely will have strengths and weaknesses in each subject. While working on their weakness I would challenge their strengths as well in each lesson. I will set a weekly plan and make sure its covered in the particular week. I collect feedback from the students about their experience and self reflect on lessons to know what went well and what need improvement.
