The concept of "no voice" is an invented myth. If you can speak, then you have a voice, which means you can make sounds at different frequencies. To produce sounds beautifully and cleanly (singing), you need to develop the muscles of the vocal apparatus, based on relaxation and loosening of the right muscles.
