Im fresher graduated from Zenyoga Dubai having good knowledge in sequencing Yoga asanas as per client needs to reduce stress, increase relaxation and to slowly improve your mental health and also physical strength through regular practice. Yoga is for everybody. I love to share this passion with like minded people to reach their goals.

Approach:

My class will be 60min with Breathing techniques, Meditation and Hatha yoga flow and to provide deep relaxation after class. Currently teaching for beginners and intermediate clients. Open for classes from October. Free Demo will be provided.
