As a teacher, I believe in the constructionist approach, and work to facilitate learning that is planned, agreed, driven, and achieved by the learner. I work to develop long-lasting student-teacher relationships with my learners, and I eagerly seek feedback from my students to support my reflective practice. I am approachable, passionate about teaching, and determined to achieve positive results.

Approach:

I begin my learning journey with students by conducting a learning needs assessment and then developing learning outcomes and a learning plan. Thereafter, I work with the student one-on-one, to provide interesting, relevant, and practical learning exercises and instruction to achieve the set learning outcomes.
