Qualification:

Conduct classes for over 7 different math’s courses in accordance with established course outlines and approved instructional materials and ensure a highly conducive atmosphere for learning through encouraging healthy competition.

Experience:

Use a variety of instructional strategies and activities that are academically rigorous and highly engaging. Execute detailed lesson plans mapped to a year-long academic plan to address learning needs. Provide a positive environment, to motivate students. Incorporate technology in the classroom via Quick Time Player. Provide frequent feedback via surveys and formative assessments. Offer after-school tutoring for students who are having trouble keeping up in class.

Approach:

Conduct an intensive academic math course that exposes students to various learning strategies and instructional activities Identify student’s individual learning styles and develop curriculum to accommodate different learning styles. Promote the concept of “experiential learning” which involved a lot of activities, interactive methods of learning to higher percentage of understanding and retention power
