I am B.Com, MBA ( Finance ), C.A.I.I.B – Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (Treasury & Risk Management) and Certified Training Professional (CTP) and brings along over 26 years of multifaceted experience, out of which 17 years in various commercial banking operations in India and abroad and over 4 years with Assurance & Consulting firm handling external audits, fraud investigation and recommending internal controls and since last 5 years as a Lecturer cum Trainer

In UAE, managing learners with different cultural background, learning styles and languages is a unique challenge both for a lecturer and the students and I ensure stimulating & conducive hybrid learning environment by giving them personal attention, having an open and honest communication, and involve them through group discussion, presentation, gamification so that they can engage and express themselves and grow stronger mentally, emotionally, and socially to realize their own dreams.
