Experience:

I was raised in the United States and graduated with a degree in Pharmacy and Biotechnology as well as an educational qualification from England. I have taught Pharmaceutical Chemistry at a university, and I also have experience in teaching IB MYP Science and IB DP Chemistry at IB schools as well as private teaching.

Approach:

I like to let students take the lead when teaching - depending on the student's needs, I can help with understanding new topics, answering and understanding unsolved questions, or reviewing prior to exams. I always make sure students leave the lesson having learned something new and try to make the lessons as enjoyable as possible. I had a student who hated DP Chemistry at first - and now it is his favorite subject!
