Masters in English with 15 years teaching experience in schools.

Experience:

A dedicated teacher with extensive experience of 15 years of teaching. I have spent a large part of my career teaching in Africa. Presently teaching in one of the GEMS schools. I have earned my Bachelor degree in English from Scottish Church College, Calcutta University and a Master Degree in English from Fergusson College, Pune University. Later, in 2015, I completed TESOL Diploma Training Program. I pursue the goal to inform, inspire and to ignite the mind of each and every student in her classroom. Recipient of Best Teacher award.

Approach:

Keeping the focus on Critical Thinking, all lessons are planned to stimulate thoughts in the children so that they discover 'why' they are doing 'what' they are doing. Appropriate tech tools are used to keep the students engaged throughout the lesson.
