PhD in molecular biology

Experience:

I am a qualified teacher and have recently qualified as a PhD holder in molecular biology. I am professional and jovial attitude towards teaching helps the students to feel comfortable to ask questions and get as much help as possible.

Approach:

My lessons are planned around the students' ability. I start with a question that the student may struggle with and allow them to attempt alone with the aim that by the end of the lesson, they will have learnt the correct way to answer the question. My technique is to make sure that the student understands how to answer the question correctly to get top marks.
