Experience:

I am a Naturopathy doctor. I have completed my BNYS degree from a medical college in India.From the 1st year we have to do yogasana ,shatkarma practice ,Meditation,Swedish massage, Hydrotherapy treatments, diet and fasting all along the 5 1/2 years. After medical college I have seen many patients who got well with Therapeutic yoga classes and general yoga to School students for the past 12 years.

Approach:

The teaching will be liked by you. First I'll talk with you for your idea and the classes will be according to that. As i am a doctor I have taught many person in my lifetime like normal and therapeutic yoga. Learning all types of Yogasana is not important, but the asanas what we can do everyday is most important. I will make you to do that. I will make sure that you do Yogasana every day without fail.
