Experience:

I have completed my M.Phil and have pursued my career as a professional in special needs and have worked in international schools with children of elementary level for nearly two decades. My caring, passionate and strong work ethics makes me, an outstanding teacher with 90% of success visible in all and most of my students. My lessons are always customized and child friendly with lots of different activities which helps my students to learn faster.

Approach:

Before planning my lessons, I evaluate my student first, by using an informal screening to identify their existing academic levels. Then the lessons are planned through customized way with a balance of fun and learn activities as per the learning style of the student. The technique used with my students is little and often, positive reinforcement and customized resources which has been beneficial in achieving 90% progress in their performance.
