Approach:

I firmly believe that it is the role of the teacher to find the best avenue in which the child responds best to learning. If a child does not understand a topic, it is usually a case that the topic has not been explained in a manner that the child can fully understand. I adapt my teaching style according to the individual child's needs. My goal is to make sure the child is engaged in the lesson plan and understands the basic concepts to begin with.
