BA (Hons) Primary Education with a Mathematics Specialism.

Experience:

I am currently working in an Outstanding British School. I assess each pupil on every aspect and work out their individual needs. I tailor my tutoring sessions to this, working on their reasoning to really develop their conceptual understanding. Teaching children is something that I am passionate about. I truly believe that your passion reflects in your teaching and will also pass on to the children. I am flexible and can change lessons to suit with constant assessments within the sessions.

Approach:

I plan my lessons based on the original assessment and then each lesson thereafter is individually tailored to meet each childs needs. I tend to create my sessions with the needs of the child at the heart. I will invest time into their sessions and tend to plan a project that means something to them. I make it fun and interesting so that they are engaged and committed to their learning.
