I have been an online English teacher for 3 years and a homeroom teacher for 4 years. I have received different awards during my early years of teaching.

Approach:

I plan my lesson days before the session. Also, I put an effort to make teaching materials so the student would learn more aside from onscreen materials, which can be a movie clip, song or photos. I make the student more involved rather than me. Talking all the time. I use lots of improvised materials to make sure I get the student's attention to make him/her focus in the lesson.
