Experience:

I've mostly been teaching people and students that I already knew who needed help in some specific subject and have decided to extend my services to whoever may need it. It wasn't too long ago that I was a high school student myself and so I understand the struggles most students or generally people trying to learn something go through. I have experienced a lot of frustration myself going through the rigorous IB Diploma Program and just want to help out people in similar situations.

Approach:

Personally, learning for me is more about the process than the type of process. We can use any type of learning technique that the student is comfortable with and I'll try my best to break it down into a step-by-step approach as I believe this is the main step towards understanding anything. Furthermore, I like going at whatever pace the student feels confident with as this is another important aspect that may often be overlooked in places like schools.
