After living the corporate life for 8 years I felt the need to do something that liberates me as a human being and that is when I chose to start working as a freelancer. Been a yoga practitioner for a long time teaching and advocating the beauty of a simple lifestyle and a holistic view of life. Well experienced in conducting individual as well as group sessions both in online as well as offline environments. I have been certified by the international yoga alliance.

Understanding the clients needs and also the current health condition is the key to designing a customized yoga regime. I always spend time talking to clients.
