Experience:

I have tutoring children up to year 6 and have a strong background in SEND which has helped me to support children to breach the gap between their peers. I have taught Key stage 1 for 5 years and have an in depth knowledge of the primary British curriculum. I have a wide background in sports and am a qualified football coach.

Approach:

When tutoring I tailor all my lessons to the needs of the child and make sure I support them to the best of my ability. I use practical resources to support explanation where needed and also try to ensure I follow similar techniques shared in school for cohesion. I am enthusiastic and try to be funny to ensure the lessons and activities are engaging but educational.
