Experience:

5 years from TA to substitute teacher to classroom teacher, between KG, grade 3 and 6 (English,Math,Science). I am Passionate, patient, observant, creative and enjoy brainstorming and creating new ideas and concepts.I'm good in dealing with people in all their aspect of diversity. Im determined to deliver that piece of information in one way or another and can modify it according to the child’s strongest learning ability, whether it’s listening, seeing, writing or performing the act.

Approach:

I like to introduce activities and visual portrayals to make it easy for a child to absorb the data hence grasping attention and making it interesting for him/her. I start with understanding the child. Observing his/her behavior and strongest learning ability. Then I focus on that while Working on strengthening the other abilities. Accordingly I make my lesson plans and focus on bringing up an interesting activity every few minutes to trigger the interest and boost the attraction back up.
