I have tutored several years back but have been coaching and counselling students of all ages (from college students to working professionals to high school students) for many many years now across multitude of topics

Approach:

Based on what would be best suited to the student. Teaching approach needs to allow the specific student to best absorb the maximum and grasp concepts, which in turn has to be based on what is most effective learning style for each specific student.
