Experience:

I have been a tutor for 9 nine years, online and offline. I have taught students from South Korea, Japan, China, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Indians, Pakistan and a lot more. I believe tutoring them made me a better tutor because I have learned how to approach them based on their backgrounds and diverse characteristics.

Approach:

I normally do demo class which serves to be an assessment class in order to conduct a SWOT analysis of my student. From this, I'd be able to know what my student needs. Also, I make my own lessons based on this SWOT analysis and I don't follow a book because not all students are the same.
