Qualification:

Masters in teaching Arabic to Non-native speakers. Bachelors degree in Arabic Literature.

Experience:

15 years in tutoring IB students, Jordanian, UAE and American curricula, extensive knowledge in exam techniques, project work, preparing for oral tests, TOK essays and extended essays in Arabic - I am an IB examiner for Arabic subjects and a trainer for teachers in private and public schools in the U.A.E. I am a kind and patient man with a sense of humor and a huge passion for my Arabic language and its literature.

Approach:

I plan lessons differently according to the particular needs of each student. I assess their level and talk to them about what they need to work on. I use many techniques including; Keeping in real and relevant to the student's life, blended learning (digital and traditional teaching), teaching through films, songs, poetry, using specific feedback and critical thinking techniques, providing step by step guides to help students structure their work effectively.
