Experience:

History has always been a passion of mine and I am extremely enthusiastic about sharing my love of this subject with my students. My knowledge of the subject is vast and I am constantly challenging myself to expand on this during lessons which I will deliver. In previous years, I have been responsible for delivering lessons to different groups within KS3 and KS4.

Approach:

I understand the importance of planning and delivering in ways which ensure that students become engaged by each topic, and fostering intellectual curiosity in students through innovative and creative learning styles. I have a firm understanding of how to cater to a range of needs due to my previous role back in the UK. Teaching should not be confined to a set ability, It should stretch, change and adapt based on what kind of class one has in front of them-something which I consider priceless.
