I have worked in academy after school job and teached students in their homes and have encouraging skills.

Approach:

I believe in writing skills more then showing videos.And I encourage my students to learn the question orally and write it on a copy.As much as student is writing he understand more and will not forget . I make special worksheet for my students whom I give tuition according to their level.
