Experience:

I have a wide range of experience predominantly in FS, KS1 and KS2. I have taught children who have a range of needs I am dedicated to providing an inclusive environment for all children. I also adapt support and intervention strategies to enable all pupils to reach their true potential as well as allowing the student to make rapid pupil progress.

Approach:

When teaching, I adopt a cross-curricular approach as I feel that this helps children form clear links between lessons and better understand the skills they are developing. It also helps them take a proactive approach to their learning. I always ensure that my teaching meets the interests of the children and that my planning is always is based upon prior learning to ensure that I can scaffold learning to maintain both progress and attainment.
