Experience:

I had an experience in the Philippines as Math and Reading Teaching Assistant in Kumon Learning Center. It is a Japan method wherein self learning habit is the focus for the students. I have been a private tutor as well both in a primary and secondary students way back in the Philippines.

Approach:

Depending on the curriculum and homework of the kids, i will give them a relative example, explain to them and let them answer their homework by their own through my guidance to determine if they really understand the lesson.
