Experience:

I am an experienced IB Mathematics and Science teacher. I have been teaching for 10 years in the IB programme. I have taught Integrated Science and Both extended and Standard Math to MYP (GCSE) level. I have also been teaching the IB Diploma in Mathematics and Chemistry. I qualified in Dublin Cty University and have worked in London for 7 years with this being my second academic year in Dubai.

Approach:

My lessons are planned in a personalised and differentiated manner. It will depend on the student's needs and ambitions. If I am working with a student who is at MYP or GCSE level and needs to work on more basic skills then I have sources I can use and recommend. If it is exam preparation then we will focus on using past exam papers. I prefer to work with students for two-hour sessions as it allows us to fully develop skills rather than rushing through materials in a shorter time frame.
