Experience:

6 years experience in banking, 10 years university level teaching experience at Higher Colleges Of Technology and Amity University in Dubai. Experience at Undergraduate and Post graduate levels. Core subject- Management courses.. Strength lies in practical training approach, teaching methodology is based on practical assignments, research, case study method, audio visuals, anecdotes and stories, personal mentoring one on one, helping with projects and assignments, industry interface .

Approach:

One on one , task and research based, critical thinking, facilitate practical learning through industry interface for projects and internships through my professional network. Try to work around out of classroom requirements for students, mentor and guiding them for projects and assignments completion , online and home training whichever suits, preparing worksheets for students and helping them understand difficult concepts, storytelling, use of Audio visuals and case studies
