Experience:

Every student has a different learning style. I adapted teaching style to unique needs of students by analyzing student progress. I aim to build relationship with the parents and students to better understand the student needs while giving them feedback. I also help students review and understand previous lessons to make connection with new lesson. I generate discussion questions to stimulate topic conversations with student to make sure they are understanding the lesson.

Approach:

Encouraging and building self-esteem within the students to participate and complete the assignments given is always the goal.
