Experience:

I tutored mainly in the US and UAE. My students are mostly high schlrs or young adults. I tailor my session according to the student's needs. Young people have different learning styles and strengths. I am easy-going and very much liked by my students. I deliver knowledge effectively while capturing student's preferred learning methods. This means I use methods such as notetaking, oraltesting, speed review, timer and others to get the student to learn the materials and retain the information.

Approach:

I plan the lessons based on textbook. I do prior reading and preparation for the lesson. And I use online sources. I usually get to know the student's learning style. If the learning style is undetermined I'll assess the student and put a plan to deliver the information and train the student accordingly. I have many tutoring techniques. I use methods such as quizzing, timer, role playing, flashcards and many other methods to get the student to learn the materials and retain the information.
