I seek to encourage students to enjoy extra curricular activities and study groups, which I believe instils them with a self-directed lifelong learning.

Approach:

I used to plan my lesson from simple life examples to reach to the concept. Then it is applied in real life by the child and then defining the concept. Means simple to complex type. The connection of lesson with child and the experience of child by self explanatory activity actually makes the lesson to understand easily.
