Experience:

I graduated in 2018 with a Masters in Education. I have a wide range of teaching experience ranging from private tuition to mainstream class teaching to special education. I am qualified in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and spent a year as a TEFL teacher in Barcelona, Spain. I am currently employed as a Grade 5 and 6 English teacher.

Approach:

I plan my lessons based on what a child needs, focusing on their learning preferences, talents and interests in order to make the learning interesting and engaging for each individual. I assure that my resources are catered to the child’s specific interests so that they find it engaging and beneficial. No two children are the same and this is an important point when planning for lessons. I ensure that my lessons are tailored to their needs, ability and interests.
