Approach:

1- I create a safe tutoring environment ( put my students at ease, give plenty encouragement) 2- I empower them by using some scientific methods. 3- I make a periodic questionnaires about learning preferences and their satisfaction. I keep them motivate by presenting them with a diversity of real french material that is appropriate for their level: print, video, etc. 4- I make it fun by play game. this unconventional strategy adds a motivating factor to the learning process.
