Experience:

I have 10 years teaching experience covering the British curriculum both in the UK and more recently the UAE. I qualified with a Bachelor of Education and specialised in English and Child psychology. I have a very child centred approach to teaching and I enjoy planning and teaching lessons based on a child’s interests to keep them focused and engaged. I enjoy seeing the progress children make during my engaging lessons and the skills they develop quickly with one to one targeted support.

Approach:

My tutoring approach is dependent on each individual child’s needs. As no two children are the same I begin by assessing your child’s strengths and weaknesses. I will then use these to plan stimulating lessons to improve the academic needs of your child. My tutoring style is based on the child’s interests. I endeavour to create stimulating lessons that are based on your child’s individuality. You will be amazed at the educational progress your child will make with one to one tutoring.
