Exploring with the student his / her concerns and educational gaps allocation. Devising an easy-to-follow plan, along with a schedule to fix those gaps. Reviewing the plan with the student for affirmation. Educational Material receipt / review from student. Revision to compile it in simple, easy to grasp form for student quick absorption. Use of Audio / Visual tools along with instant discussions to ensure the student is fully in command of discussed materials.
