Experience:

Ive worked as an instructor in a dental college in the UAE teaching 1st-4th year dental students for a year.I feel like the best way to teach is to encourage and praise the students in order to motivate them.

Approach:

It is best to plan what you're about to teach at least 2 days before tutoring to gain a deeper knowledge of the topic. It is very necessary to give breaks in between to keep the students fresh and attentive.
