Experience:

I have thought children in primary school and some in highschool. Since I am young, kids have usually been able to open up to me about the problems they were facing in a specific subject without feeling intimidated. And this allows me to try to come up with solutions to better the student.

Approach:

I try to analyze the student's way of percieving new information and come up with methods to use toward that specific student to achieve higher comprehension.
